Shift Type Master
To manage employee shift timing, the section provides multiple options to edit and manage, as shown in the image above.
Education Type Master
New employees need to update their qualification details, professional experience documents in the portal, as employee self-service. It can also be managed using Kasturi HR.
A new education details can be added using the + option, in the top right corner, under this specific feature section.
ID Type Master
Using the “Edit” icon, HR managers can make mentioned factors mandatory for employees to provide in the database. They can also change the name and make it more convenient. Additionally, to add new detail to be added, using the + option, more details can be done, as shown in the image below.
Work Type Master
Similarly, following details can be added, edited, and managed by HR managers.
Bank Master
To let employees know about the company bank details or supported banks that companies use for salary disbursements, this section is useful. New bank can be added using + section.
Payable Mode
HRs can also edit and manage following payable mode options and details-
Skill Master
Last section under Master Data tab lets employees choose their skill sets to be added to their profile. HR managers can edit or add new skill names, according to candidate profile, skills, and experience.
