Current Plan: The dashboard displays the current plan of Kasturi HR, that the company has opted for. Relationship Manager: Contact details for the relationship manager, including their name, email address, and phone number.

Active Employees: Shows the number of active employees (585 out of a total of 2000 employees). 

Upcoming Birthdays: The dashboard provides details of employees' upcoming birthdays, helping HR Managers stay informed and planning celebrations.

Company Events The HR Manager can provide details about various events and happenings within the company. This section helps keep all employees informed and engaged with company activities. For instance,

  • Dashboard – Get complete view of features to manage & monitor employee activities.  
  • Company Profile –  Add, edit, and manage company policies and details.  
  • Employees – Add new employee, check record of active and inactive employees. Additionally, check employees’ check-ins/outs, break-ins/outs, and bulk import/ update details. 
  • Timesheet – The admin dashboard allows HR managers to monitor employee timesheet entries.  
  • Leave – HR managers can update leave policy of the company from this section. Additionally, they can add their inputs on employees’ requested leaves and managers’ remarks on it. Besides, the leave management software additionally can be used to monitor overall leave balances of the workforce. 
  • Attendance – A smart attendance management software gives a complete accessibility attendance and approvals management along with attendance policy management to HR managers. Besides, they can also manage holiday calendar lists and roaster management.  
  • WFH – Using a smart HRMS tool, HR managers can monitor number of employees on WFH. 
  • Projects – Assign projects, track progress, view project timelines, and manage team allocations. 
  • Clients – They can add a new client to the list of Kasturi HR client list. They can also check the existing no. of client details in the portal.

  • Support – Track and resolve HRMS-related queries raised by employees or clients. Also, update new query that is usually asked and update their answers. 
  • Sales Management – Monitor sales records, track prospect movement, and manage sales updates. 
  • FNF – Handle full and final settlement processes for exiting employees. 
  • Taxation – Manage complete settings of tax compliance according to the official government employee tax policy. 
  • Reports – Generate customized reports on attendance, payroll, claims, and employee data.
